Hello @Gary Knecht,
Translation:
Number 61.
[In right margin]: Death of Henriette Müller, wife Becher.
In the year 1848, on the 1st of April in the morning at 10:00 am appeared before me Christoph von Keller, mayor and civil registrar of the joint community of Solingen, the neighbor of the deceased, gravedigger Friederich Wilhelm Vogel, 52 years old, and the "Schaalenschneider" Daniel Doodt, 38 years old, both residing in Solingen, with the notice that the unemployed Henriette Müller, 41 years old, born in Pilghausen, parish [or community] Höhscheid, residing in Solingen, legitimate daughter of the deceased at the mentioned Pilghausen knifesmith Peter Müller and Anna Catharina Hartkopf residing at Solingen, wife of the _____knife manufacturer Friedrich Becher residing in Solingen, died in her apartment on the Johannesstraße at Solingen on the 30th of the previous month of March at night at 11:30 pm.
Read aloud, approved, and signed:
Friedrich Wilhelm | Daniel Doodt | v. Keller [mayor]
My comment: re: "Schaalenschneider"
See the following link from the German Wikipedia: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schalenschneider
Use your browser's translate function to translate to English. A "Schalenchneider" apparently made knife handles.

You're too kind! How are you, KG? Any truth to the rumor that you've left us here in the German community for Switzerland? Hope all is well with you. Your pal, Robert

Robert Seal_1 I really miss our daily discourse. Working together had been one of the great experiences of my life.
A family member from Wisconsin was put into a care facility about a year ago. She has worked our our Weinert line for about 40 years. I copied some of her records when my son and I went back to Wisconsin in 2010. After being put into the care facility she doled out her family history binders except her Scholl and Weinert books. My sister went to visit her and Marjorie asked Sandy if we wanted her work. We said yes!. It took about a year to get two apple boxes of books. I am now organizing and digitizing all her work.
My sister is also trying to find Elisabeth Koelsch in Germany. I was hoping we might be successful because then you and I could work together on those records. No success so far. I do have a few documents from Ottenbach, Switzerland that need translation but that is secondary at this point.
How are you doing? Bread making! Retirement in St. George. I'm grateful for our friendship, Kent

Robert Seal_1 Two days ago we had a huge lightening storm and tons of rain. It was really exciting. We are cooling off into the 80s after a month of being in the 90s. It's a nice relief. KG
