Maria Francisca Joerger - Christening record - Translation Enquiry

Hello all,

I would like to ask the group for help in translating a German record for an ancestor named Maria Francisca Joerger. It is a christening record from 1805 and is probably written in latin script. I would appreciate the record to be translated into English and translation of the signatures under the record, the note to the right of the signatures and the "+" sign under Maria Francisca Joerger's name. If it is not too much trouble a transcription in the original language would be appreciated as well.
