- Married (latin). Ulrich had the spelling correct, its copuliert. (Hint, always go with what Ulrich says rather than me!)
- Sohn = son; von = of; weil. (abbreviation of weiland) = deceased; and yes this record states that they are his parents.
- Gertr. is short for Gertrut (or spelling variations of that name). I'm not aware of nicknames for Gertrut but there may be some. I've noticed in some parishes nicknames are never used and in others they are used frequently.
- Isaac is 40, he is the first listed.
Edit: on #1 A matrimonial dispensation is the relaxation in a particular case of an impediment prohibiting a marriage.

Thank you @JohnsonGreg and @Ulrich Neitzel.
Several details that may be important remain unclear to me:
- What is the first word ("copuliet"?) and what is the meaning of the first line?
- What are the 3 words after "Isaac Müller" and what do they mean? Is it certain that Isaac's parents are Abrah[am] Müller and Anna Gertu[aud] Knecht?
- Are there any nicknames for "Gertu" or names other than "Gerdu" that I should look for?
- Who is 40 years old (Isaac?) and who is 43 years old (Anna Catharina?)? Death record for Peter Müller (2 Jan 1809) says he was 51 years old.
