Hello Mike,
Translation:
At top of page: Baptized in Ibra in the year 1813.
[February] 16: Johannes [was baptized], son of the shepherd Conrad Dippel and his wife Elisabeth Schmitt, born on the 14th of this month at the hour of 3:00 pm. Baptismal sponsor: Johannes Dippell.
Note in left-hand margin: died on the 3rd of February 1819, according to the mother.
My comment: Note the last record on this page dated 27 February: the child is Conrad Schmitt; the parents are Johann Adam Schmitt and Eva Elisabeth Dippel; and the baptismal sponsor is Conrad Dippell.
