Translation help needed - Marriage record 1840 WYLLAMOWSKY and RANDZIO

This is the 1840 marriage record of my 3 great grandmother Juste (or Justine) Wyllamowsky and her first husband, Christoph Randzio. (From Eckersberg, Johannisburg, Allenstein, Ostpreussen, Preussen) I can pick out some of the information, but I’m new at this and I’m sure there are some things I am missing. Can someone please help me with this translation

Translation:

First column: Gregersdorf. [place name]

Second column: 22. [marriage record number].

Third column: {bachelor). The innkeeper's son Christoph Randzio from Alt Krzywen, church parish of Jucha, younger son of the deceased innkeeper Johann Randzio of the same place, 28 years old, with maiden Juste Wyllamowsky, 24 years old, eldest daughter of the "Köllmer" Jacob Wyllamowsky from Gregersdorf, after three proclamations, were married on the 21st of April.

Fourth column: He [is] 28; she [is] 24 [years] old; everything else as before

My comment: "Köllmer" in this record might be a variant spelling of "Kölmer" which translates as free landowner or free farmer.
