What methods can I use to explore DNA results?

Hello all,

I did DNA through Ancestry over a year ago. It took some time for me, but I mustered the courage to message three matches through Ancestry. Two of them showed as 1st cousins, and one was a 2nd cousin, of whom I do not recognize. However, its been nearly two months and I have not heard back from any of them.

Are there other methods that you recommend that I could use to explore my DNA results? Im hoping to gain insight on my paternal parentage?
