Help translating front page of great grandfather's family bible
I have attached a photo of the front page of my great-grandfather's family bible and wonder if anyone can help translate it. Any help would be appreciated. He was from Austria. Thank you very much.

Translation:
Lost? book belongs to Viennese? Father Josef Elzi.
A gift from F ??, Pastor of St Boniface german? in Quincy Illinois, North America.
Edit:
The first word may be "dieses" (This) which would make it "This book belongs to....".

It's St. Bonifacius Gemeinde, meaning parish. I agree that the first line is Dieses Buch and I think the second line might be an einer, so the translation could be something like "This book belongs to one Peter Josef Elzi."
