Here is a sharper image of the record. There are some parts I can't figure out so I'm going to wait for one of the experts here to transcribe. I think sometimes my partial translations sometimes just muddy things up!

Hello @Bailey74,
This is a delayed death record for Johann Ludwig Dreisbach, who was killed in action in Russia in July 1943. Note however that the death record at the top is dated 3 May 1946.

The deceased was married with Elisabeth Dreisbach, née Michels, residing at Flörsheim Main, now at Winterspelt near Prüm Eifel.

The Civil Registrar: Janz.

Marriage of the deceased on 15 November 1940 in Flörsheim Main. (Civil Registration Office Flörsheim am Main, no. 61/1940).
My comments: "Flörsheim Main" and "Flörsheim am Main" are the same place.
Here is the link for Winterspelt from Meyers Gazetteer where Johann Ludwig Dreisbach's widow was residing: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/21166032 Note that the elements "Winterspelt", "Eifel", and "Prüm" are listed in this entry, but not in the order they are referred to in the record itself.
