TRYING TO FIND MY MOM'S AUNT
Goodmorning,
I am not from Germany but maybe this group will help, I'm looking for my grandpa's sister. He was from Montecalvo Irpino, Campania, Italy. He passed away in 1980 and sadly he never saw his sister again, when they were younger, in 1930, they lost both of their parents due to an earthquake. My grandpa (Cosimo Cusano) was 16 at the time and he stayed on his own, his other siblings all went to one place when they after met again. Except for Rosa Cusano who was 5 and put up for adoption. My mom tried to contact the city hall of Montecalvo ( in 1980) but they couldn't give her any info except that she was adopted by a family in Ariano Irpino, she called again, a month ago and they were able to say that she got married in Naples with a man who supposely is German and since they have no more documents we suspect she moved to Germany. I hope I can find out something and I hope I don't bother anyone by posting this.

I think your best clue is: they were able to say that she got married in Naples with a man who supposely is German. How did your contact find this information? if someone said this they must have a reason for saying so.
You may be able to contact an archive or local historian in Napels and research Rosa Cusano's name. I believe this is a link for the archive: https://artsandculture.google.com/partner/state-archives-of-naples

In Italy when you get married you need your birth certificate so you need to ask it to the city you were born in. I should've clarified this before but to know this information I called the City Hall (I believe that's the name in English). I just called again to have his last name but I need to request it by email first. Anyway thank you for your response.
