How would I access Russian Civil Registration death records for my relatives who died in Moscow in 1980s and 1990s?

Because their deaths were so recent, you would have to contact the ЗАГС, or the civil registration office. Moscow is a large city and there are 58 civil registration offices....do you by chance know which part of Moscow they lived in? If you have an address that would be very helpful! That way we can narrow it down
