This is a christening record for Christiane Hansen in 22 August 1842 (#8). There is a note at the bottom listing her death (I believe) and her married name--Christiane Møller Hammer. Could you translate the note.

I'm reposting my answer to this duplicate post so it doesn't show up as unanswered:
By royal decree of 5 April 1904, received permission to from then on take on the family surname Hammer, such that the full name becomes: Christiane Møller Hammer. Note added to the record on 30 Aug 1904.
In other words, she was born Christiane Hansen; she then likely married someone with the surname Møller; and then in 1904, when she was 61 (almost 62), she received permission to add "Hammer" to her name. Hammer was apparently a family name--i.e., the surname of one of her ancestors, either through a maternal line or an indirect line.
