Interpretation of German record

Hello Elaine,
This record has been incorrectly indexed as a death record. Given that all the children in this list are in the age range of 12 to 14 years old, these are likely to be confirmation records (or perhaps communion records).
This record comes from FHL microfilm no. 193,066. Here is the link to the catalog record for this microfilm from the Family History Library: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/49600?availability=Family%20History%20Library
Note in the "Film/Digital Notes" that microfilm no. 193,066 includes confirmations.
Here is the translation of record no. 11 for Daniel Weissenburger:
The heading at the top of the list is: "1780 auf Ostern" = 1780 on Easter.
11. Daniel Weissenburger, son of Johann Valentin Weissenburger, the boatman/helmsman, age 13 and 1/2 years.

Thanks so much. That makes more sense that they are confirmations rather than deaths--too many about the same age. Thanks, too, for the translation!

You're welcome, Elaine.
