Help translating a birth for Henrietta Figge in Usseln

The birth is #13 for Henrietta Louisa Caroline born 22 May 1870.

Need help translating the words about her parents.

Also the last column, what does it say? I thought it might be the marriage or proclamation on page 34, number 17. But this doesn't correlate with the marriages from this village that I can find.

Hello Myke,

The father is Figge, Friedrich, ein Knecht aus Schäfer__? Nach eigenem Bekenntnis.

The mother is Figge, Luise aus Liesen(?)

The entry in the last column is fol[io] 34 N[o] 17. This is a reference to another birth record in the same book on page 34 for the same mother (August Christian, b. 9 May 1860, d. 17 Dec 1864).
