Help translating birth record for Elisabeth Louisa Schlueter from Bruchhagen, Brandenburg
Hi,
Need help translating the birth record for Elisabeth Louisa Schlueter, parents are Gottfried Schlueter and Anna Louise Krause(n). Record is from Bruchhagen, Brandenburg
I need the birth and baptism date. Not sure of the year.
The record is the 2nd birth (on the first page) under years 1789-90.

Hello Myke,
It appears the church year in this register runs from the first Sunday of Advent (which falls in late November or early December) to the day before the first Sunday of Advent in the following year.
Your record falls within the year which runs: 29 November 1789 to 27 November 1790.
The birth date for this child is: 10 October 1790.
The baptismal date for this child is: 16 October 1790.
Note, however, that I read the child's name as Charlotte rather than Elisabeth.
Please ask if you have questions about other parts of this record. It is quite challenging.

P.S. The way the name "Louise" is spelled in this record is unusual and looks more like "Lowise". Surprisingly, I found 5,000+ examples of the name "Lowise" in Germany on Ancestry.

Here is, what I think, is a marriage for this person. The handwriting isn't any better. 2nd marriage in 1811.

Hi Myke,
In this record I can clearly read the bride's name as: Charlotte Louise Schlüter.
I agree that this is the same person that was in the 1790 birth record. In the marriage record, she is one month away from turning 21, and her age is recorded at "21" which could have been rounded up by the pastor or it could indicate that she was in her 21st year of life.

Is the groom's name Christian Friedrich Munzel? I see the C now that looks like an E.
Thanks, Myke

Yes, the groom's name is: Christian Fri(e)derich Munzel, and he's a farmhand in Bruchhagen.
