I would like to request translation help for a marriage record from the 17-1800s for an ancestor by the name of Joanemm Jorger. I believe the record is in either kurrent or latin. I would appreciate a translation into english and if possible a transcription. I have attached the record below.

Marriage record (in Latin)

On 29 Jan 1793, after three marriage announcements made on three consecutive Sundays, and after the dispensation (Note: a matrimonial dispensation is the relaxation in a particular case of an impediment prohibiting or annulling a marriage) was given for the impediment to second-grade consanguinity

Groom: Joannes Joerger (Jörger), legitimate son of Franciscus Joerger, citizen of Baden in Thiergarten, and of Catharina Baumann, his spouse

Bride: Maria Anna Riezinger, legitimate daughter of Jacobus Riezinger, citizen of Baden, from the town of Fremersberg, and of Maria Anna Joerger, his spouse

Witnesses: Sebastianus Braun, innkeeper in Baden, under the Sign of Flowers, and Joannes Michaelis Degler from Gunzenbach
