Höner's in Guntenhusen, a little daughter--that is, a little daughter of [no first name given] Höner of Guntenhusen. It looks like the daughter's baptismal record is on image 157 and that her name was Anna Maria Elsebein.
In trying to determine what location is meant by "Guntenhusen," I looked at places mentioned in other entries; you might find these interesting (or even helpful, if they show up in other records of yours), so I've listed them below, with the spelling from the entry on the left and the current spelling on the right:
Hildewaltzen => Hillewalsen
Hervord => Herford
Beltzen => Belsen
Brucksick => Broksiek
Bielfeldt => Bielefeld
I am not seeing the correct Guntenhusen on MeyersGaz.org. However, looking at someone else in the same location with the same name (see the third-to-last entry at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSJ5-W9TZ-4?i=311), it looks like Guntenhusen may have been adopted as part of the name. The linked record lists "Casp[ar] Heinrich Höner Zu Guntenh[usen]" as having died in the Bauerschafft (farming community) of Brake; since that's a different location from where your record was found, it's possible that Guntenhusen could've been a house or a small location within the farming community or that it could've become part of the family name.

Charlotte thank you for this very complete and informative answer for the death of this daughter. This is very much appreciated. Especially her baptismal record with her name! Yes, Caspar was her youngest brother. Her younger brother Peter (1734) was the line I was following to this family, my 5th great grandfather. These records are very difficult to read and Anna's death record especially. I could never have connected her death record to her baptismal record. Thank you.

I did ask in Community last year for an explanation of the "Höner zu Guntenhusen" name (thinking that I could shorten it to "Höner") and was asked to continue using the entire name and given this very helpful reasoning:
The surname is Höner zu Guntenhausen.
It still exists today; if you do a Google search several people with this name will come up.
Originally Höner zu Guntenhausen was the name of a farmstead in Brake near Bielefeld, Westphalia. Here is an article about the Höfe

If you search "Höner zu Guntershausen" on this webpage you will find even some photos of the Höner zu Gunterhausen farmstead. In the text it is said: "In the high Middle Ages a side yard in the size of 1 Hufe (~ 30 acres) was separated from the farm Guntemeyer. Over the centuries this side farm was to become Höner zu Guntenhausen, Brake No. 9, The Höner zu Guntenhausen had at that time to render the Guntemeyer farm a weekly compulsory service with 2 horses help or to pay 1 guilder as a substitute."

Charlotte yesterday, 15 May, PABulfinch sent me 8 messages regarding the Peter Höner zu Gutenhausen (1734) and Anna Wefel (1724) family and their 7 children (1756 to 1770).
