Could someone translate the last record the one with lines through it.
It is supposed to be a marriage record between Caspar and Ursula

@brother Barry The last (crossed-out) lines say something like this: "9th November, Caspar Hütter, legitimate son (the son left behind after his father's death) of Fridlin Hütter from Weil and of Ursula, leg. daughter of Hans Hütter."

Do you think the marriage happened or maybe they changed their minds and the official crossed it out?

@brother Barry That would be hard to say - it's either that they the marriage didn't take place, or maybe the official had made a mistake and later crossed out the information. If you have access to the entire book, you can check if there is a page with all the entries in the book (a kind of of summary) and see if this entry is among them or not. Another possibility is that the marriage was registered in another book/town.
