Second and third gaps: Catharina Voth geb. Schmitt des verlebten Bürgers und Weingärtners Georg Adam Voth in Neuenheim nachgelassen(e) Wittwe.

This would translate as: Catharina Voth, née Schmitt, left-behind [surviving] widow of the deceased citizen and wine gardener Georg Adam Voth in Neuenheim.

Comment: verlebten = passed (away); expired; deceased.

Regarding the last gap: Handschuhsheim d. (__) Januar 1840  Brecht, Pfr., ev. prot. Pfr.

In all of the other records on these two pages, the date that is written here is the same as the baptismal date in the record.

So in your record this gap should be "19" since this is the date the child was baptized. Now, it certainly doesn't look like "19" so you may want to enter the number in brackets as follows:

Handschuhsheim d. [19]tn Januar 1840  Brecht, Pfr., ev. prot. Pfr.
