Does anyone recognize this uniform?
This picture of Fritz Schroeder, living in Germany, was sent to his cousin who had immigrated to America. Does anyone recognize the uniform? From pictures I have looked at, it seems it may be a World War l officer. A letter he wrote to his cousin was in 1928. He was an adult by then and married. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
