I would like to ask a query of the group. I need a baptism record from the 1800s, in Kurrent translated to English and, if possible, a transcription in German provided. It is for an ancestor named Xaver Metzmeier and is hard for me to read. I would appreciate any help.

Xaverius Metzmeier, Gunzenbach 

Baden, in 1829, on the 1st of July, at 6.30 pm, was born, and on the 2nd of the current month and year, at 2 pm, by Mr. Ferdinand Stither, local chaplain, was baptized a boy named Xaver, legitimate son of Joseph Metzmeier, local citizen and farmer in Gunzenbach, and of Magdalena née Lorenz. The witnesses present at the baptism were Joseph Sulzer, local citizen and parish priest, and Johannes Jörger, local citizen and official on the Thiergarten, godfathers of the child.
