The indexed record shows her birth year about 1820. I don't believe this is true. It would make the mother 14 years old. Can you tell me her age at death? G687-8ZV

The child's age at death in this record is: 18 days.

The age is the last word at the end of the second line and the first word at the beginning of the third line: "achtzehn Tage".

The child is also referred to in the record as a "Töchterlein" = little daughter, so this is definitely a very young child.

I have a birth certificate of my Great Grandmother, Catherina Jackelen and also a Death Certificate of her brother Johann. Do either of these documents show the occupation of their father, Vincenz Jackelen. If there is an occupation written, where should I be looking in these documents? See attachments:

It's not clear to me if your question was directed to Sandra Andrus or to me, but I'll answer it for you:

Vincenz Jackelen is a "Nagelschmidt" which translates as: nail smith or nail maker.

In Catharina Jackelen's birth record you will find this word as follows: Counting the line which begins "Im Jahr tausend acht hundert . . ." as line 1, go to line 6 and the fourth word in this line is "Nagelschmidt".

In Johann Jackelen's death record you will find this word as follows: Counting the line which begins "Im Jahr tausend acht hundert . . ." as line 1, go to line 5 and the last word in this line is "Nagelschmidt".

If you need the records completely translated, I recommend that you post each link as a separate request to the German Genealogy Research community at large stating what the record is, who the main person is, and where the record is from. This gives all the members of the German community the opportunity to assist you in the translation of these records.
