Am I in the right ballpark on this burial?

Hi:

Thus far I haven't been able to figure out the surname or the last three words in the witness section. Vowing to be as accurate as possible, I played with it.

The last three words have been added later. They might be eibend jüng allezig.

The surname proved to be just as elusive.  At first, I thought it might be Walker. BUT then I found this record.
