Okay the first blank is an occupation.

The remarks column is probably something to do with the fact he was born out of wedlock. I'm not sure who the father is. But she did have several illegitimate children.

Most mothers eventually married the father of her children. I'm not sure if this is the case here.

Can anyone help me, please?

I had to laugh at that last column.

I haven't found the father's name. He never publicly acknowledges his children. And as far as I know she never married. Scandalous!
