Transcription and translation help for marriage record

My 4th ggf Evert was appointed to or "inherited" the Schultz position in Reimershagen upon his father's death. On my 4th ggf's death the position was passed to Christopher Evert. I suspect that Christopher is a sibling of my 4th ggf but have no proof. 

There are two records of Christopher's marriage. The one in the Kirch Kogel records is very legible but contains only minimum information. The one in Bellin appears to be very informative but I am unable to decipher most of it. I can decipher that Christopher was a resident of Klein Tessin, born in Reimershagen to Joachim Friedrich Gustav Evert and marrying Hedwig Rubau of Gross Tessin, the second daughter of Friedrich on Feb 4, 1761.

I am particularly interested on Christopher's birth order. I think the record mentions "oldest". If he is in fact the oldest, the makes it unlikely that he is a sibling of my 4th ggf. The note that is added to the record is also of interest to me. I suspect that it applies to a child born to Christopher in Reimershagen on 5 Jan 1761, recorded in the Kirch Kogel record. 

I would greatly appreciate a transcription and translation of the attached Bellin marriage record.

Translation:

Jochim Christopher Evert, farmhand at the H___? farm in Klein Tessien and surviving eldest legitimate son of the tenant farmer Jochim Christoffer Everten who lived and died in Reimershagen, and Hedwig Rubaus, legitimate second daughter of Friederich Rubaus, inhabitant of Groß Tessien, were ___ married on 4 Feb:

NB. This couple had a child previously, therefore the usual fine has been paid ___ to me and the sexton.
