Need help with marriage record

The last name of bride.

One interpetation is that the name of father is Conrad Hallenstein. In the record that familysearch indexed stated the last name as Follow. That is why I am asking for another opinion. The husband's name is Nicholas Ihling if that is helpful. I know the handwriting is awful. Paula Rail

Of the possibilities you mention the more likely one is "Hallenstein". Actually, in this text it is written "Hallensteins" because it is a genitive (Hallenstein's daughter); you can see the crook at the end which marks the "s". "Follow" does not sound like a German name, and it would leave the remaining part before "Tochter" unexplained.
