You got it just perfect. It is the death date, no burial date is listed.
The place is the Kolonie Kl. (Klein) Wisnewke

Would someone please transcribe the other hard-to-read words in this death register? I am always paranoid that the skipping over some of the words of a record will cause me to misconstrue the details as I try to flesh out the details of my ancestors.

Actually, I failed to screencapture the column to the right of the body of the record which indicated 48 Jahre.
