Well done! The transcription of the first image is fully correct; I just removed the question marks. The quality of the second image is quite bad; the contents is clear though. The three named children are "minorenne", i.e., below legal are (21 years).

@Ulrich Neitzel ... Thank you!
Can you explain these "Kolonies" and "Kolonisten"? Does it reference back to the parceling of previous feudal estates, similar to the Angeln area near today's Danish border?

In the eastern territories (like West Prussia), "Kolonisten" were usually people who came from far away (Western parts of Germany) to reclaim new land. They drained the land and made it arable; their newly founded villages were called "Kolonie". The land usually belonged to the crown, not to feudal nobility.
BTW: The location is written Klein Wisniewke in Meyers Gazetteer (https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/11007042). You may know this already.

@Ulrich Neitzel ... Thanks for that insight into "Kolonies"!
Yes, I had already discovered the location was Kl. Wisniewke. Thanks for confirming that.
