Remarks from Swedish American church records -?

I'd like it to say "Utesluten" in the remark column but it doesn't appear to be that. Can someone help me understand what has been written in the last column of this page?

It says Utstruken which means in Finnish ylipyyhitty and I think it is in English crossed over.

(It is sometimes hard to play with three languages, Finnish being my mother language)
