Probate record translation help

Probate dated 7 April 1832 (first page lower right) continued on second page for wife Maren Olsdatter. Husband is Soren Jensen. A guardian for the children, William Christensen is named on page 2. The children's names are also listed.

There is a date "21 June 1799" near the top left of page 2. Trying to determine what the date is related to but can't read the details in Danish. Could it be a birth date? Please help. Any other meaningful details would be appreciated.

The location is Stro parish, Stro herred, Odense, Denmark.
