Assistance requested with Danish Christening record
I am seeking assistance understanding a Danish Christening record. This is my 2nd great grandmother, Johanne Marie Kirstine Christophersen. I think it is reporting that her mother is Dorthe Marie Sorensdatter and that her father is Christopher Christophersen. It is the other words/context in the two paragraphs that I am not able to understand. I have tried using the Danish genealogy word lists but I am unable to decipher enough of the handwriting to piece it together.
I have included a copy of the record as well as a link
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank You

The note in the 4th column reads: "Unmarried mother Dorthe Margrethe Sørensdatter, a tenant (renter) at Skadbæk, who claimed the father to be unmarried Christopher Christophersen of Jetsmark".
The other note, in the 6th column, lists the godparents/sponsors for the child. They are housewife Ane Jensdatter of Skadbæck, maid Johanne Sørensdatter of Ingstrup, tenant (renter) Søren Sørensen of Sønderbye Kjer, cottager Niels Sørensen of Skadbäck and batchelor Torkild (or Tærkild?) Christophersen of Bisgaard.

Hello kristinedhansen,
The phrase "udlagt som barnefader" can mean "claimed to be the father" but it can also mean it was stated that "the said to be father was". There aren't words in the paragraph which indicate that Christopher Christophersen came to the pastor and claimed to be the father. It's more likely that Dorthe Margrethe Sørensdatter said Christopher was the father. It was probably told to midwife during labor and reported to the pastor.
