I'm looking for a birth certificate/proof of my grandfather (1930, Chernivtsi Romania/Ukrain).

His has passed away, and didn't give us any document.

I googled "Records office" or "National archive" Romania.

We have his full name, city of birth, date of birth and his close family names. He was Jewish and moved to Israel when he was a teenager.

Name: Gady Casimir / Gadi Kappel / Gady Dov

Where is the right place to ask? which email? (I'm from Tel-Aviv).
