Andreas Valtin Rachor died in Autry, France, on 7 October 1918, slightly more than one month before Word War I ended in November 1918. His death however was not recorded in Zellhausen until the following May 1919.
Here is my translation which you can compare with yours:

The Local Militia Infantry Regiment No. 116 has communicated that the private first class Andreas Valtin Rachor, mason, of the 7th Company of the [above] mentioned regiment, 40 years old, Catholic religion, living in Zellhausen, born in Zellhausen, married to Eva Christina, née Schuck, living in Zellhausen, son of farmer Sebastian Aloÿs Rachor the First, living in Zellhausen, and his deceased wife Anna Maria, née Fecher, last living in Zellhausen, died at Autry in France on the 7th of October of the year 1918, in the morning at 11:00 am.
