What is the rest of the story in this Danish birth record?
Mariana Hansdatter is the daughter of Hans Peter Hansen and Else Laursdatter.
There appears to be more information than usual in the sponsors column. I'd appreciate help interpreting that.
Also, and perhaps more importantly, what records are referred to in that next, narrow column?

It only lists the witnesses. She was first christened at home 22 Oct 1821, then in the church 26 Dec. Carried to the baptism by Jens Johansen's daughter Karen Marie. Then lists: Hans Mortensen's wife and Hans S (?) Jörgen, Hans Chr Hansen. The numbers on the right is the cross reference to another list kept by the priest showing events in each person's life, usually alphabetical, I believe. Some one with more expertise may read it better.

Great job Carole! Just a couple of things to clarify. After Karen Marie's name the record reads: Hans Mortensen's wife and Hans Smed of Højen, Hans Chr(istian) Hansen at Højen Hede(?).
The other record referred to in the last column is the Jevnførelses Register. Most of the time it doesn't contain any more useful information but it is worth looking at because, occasionally, you will find additional information about the person. The Jevnførelses Register was meant to be a record that kept track of all the vital events in a person's life. It had columns for the birth, confirmation, marriage, moving (in and out), and death of an individual. However, it was rarely kept fully. Most of the time, you only get the information about the person mentioned in the birth, confirmation, marriage, moving or death record you already have.
In this case, you can find the Jevnførelses Register entry for Mariana's birth here: https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/en/billedviser?epid=21619059#384909,74096905. Mariana is entry 536 on page 287, but the only information filled out on her refers back to her birth record-page 67 entry 78.
