Good evening Kent,
The children written below child 9, Philippine, are the illegitimate children of three of the Scholl daughters, no. 3 Christine, no. 8 Margaretha, and no. 9 Philippine.
no. 3 Christine:
NB [note well]: Christine had out of wedlock: (1) Wilhelm, born 17 Dec 1844. (2) Christina, born 11 Jun 1846. Both children were legitimized: see Marriage Book: 1848, no. 13.
no. 8 Margaretha:
NB [note well]: Margaretha had out of wedlock: Katharina, born 5 May 1858. Acknowledged father C[arl] Fr[iedrich] Scholl, see II, page 327. [If you are able to find Family Register II, page 327, this will probably tell you who the father is.]
no. 9 Philippine:
*Philippine had out of wedlock: [Katharina] Philippina, born 3 Jan 1861. [The asterisk at the beginning of this entry is referring you back to child no.9 (Philippine) above where you find a similar asterisk in the "Marriage" column with reference to "III, page 122" (I can't read the other number after the slash). I also can't read what is written under the child's birth date.]
Here is the link from Ancestry for the 1861 birth of Philippine Scholl's daughter, Katharina Philippina: https://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?indiv=1&dbid=61242&h=834332&tid=&pid=&queryId=bef8912cdb779e8f3fe5989a484b5ccf&usePUB=true&_phsrc=XnJ834&_phstart=successSource
This is how I knew this child's first name was "Katharina" -- I still can't decipher what is actually written for this name in the record itself.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Robert Seal_1, Here is the Family Register II, page 327 for Margaretha: Does it tell the name of the father?

FYI: I edited my original response and added what I originally couldn't read about the father of Margaretha's illegitimate daughter in bold.

Hello @Kent Gardiner,
Re: Your: More on no. 9 Philippine:
Here is a translation of her illegitimate daughter Katharina Philippina's January 1861 birth/baptismal record:
Right margin: No. 2. 3 January. Scholl, Katharina Philippina. (illegitimate).
No. 2. In the year 1861, on the 3rd of January in the morning at 3:00 am was born here and on the 5th of the same month in the morning at 10:30 am by the undersigned pastor was baptized: Katharina Philippina, an illegitimate daughter of Philippine, an unmarried daughter of the deceased local citizen Wilhelm Scholl. Baptismal sponsors: (1) Ludwig Scholl, day laborer, and his wife Eva Katharina, née Wenz. (2) Johann Heilmann, farmer, and his wife Katharina, née Scholl. Witnesses: the baptismal sponsors Scholl and Heilmann, both citizens here.
Graben, on the 5th of Janaury 1861. H. Zimmern, pastor.
FYI: In your list of Graben pastors, you have H. Zimmern beginning in 1862, but here he is performing baptisms in the first week of January 1861. You may want to update your list.
