Translation please for Susanna Quade Death Record

Could someone please translate the death record for #97 Susanna Quade died 31 August, 1865 in Gros neudorf, Bromberg.

Does it say she is the widow of August Quade? Can’t make out the last two columns.

the image quality is unfortunately rather poor. In the last column I believe I read: hinterläßt den Wittwer und ? Kinder = leaves behind the widower and ? children (can't make out the number). This would mean that August Quade still lived at her death.

The text In the next to last column seems to be: Ang. des ____ Wittwer___ ___ August Quade in ___ = Report of ___ widower ___ ___ August Quade in ____.
