In the year of Christ 1852, April 1st, at midday eleven o'clock, after having received the state permission from Carlsruhe, 11 March 1852, No. 6559, were blessed im marriage here: Georg Friedrich Krauss, newly become(?) citizen and master shoemaker here, legitimate unmarried son of Philipp Krauss, citizen and local beadle here, and of Margaretha Scholl; with Anna Maria Weber, surviving widow of Johan Jakob Weber, former citizen and farmer in Vögisheim, Müllheim county, illegitimate daughter of Georg Adolph Frank, citizen of Nach___ens in Vögisheim and of Anna Maria Ehrler.

Comments:

Philipp Krauss' occupation is given as Ortsdiener, literally local servant. I translated it as "beadle", not sure if this a good match. An Ortsdiener ran errands for the community administration and was responsible for announcements. Furthermore, he had to perform municipal police services as a lower level policeman.

Vögisheim (https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/21035143) is a village about 200 km (125 mi) south of Graben.

Ulrich: Two years after this marriage the couple will immigrate to America. (1854) The fact Georg Friedrich Krauss was a shoemaker may help us to locate the family in the USA. So much great information. I wish everyone had a family tree with this much detail!
