Please help with German Latin Translation
Record is first on the page. It is catholic record from Czarnowo, West Prussia. What I have worked through is listed below. I would appreciate your help correcting any errors and filling in the blanks. This seems to indicate her husband is still alive, true?
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
Susanne

@Susanne Skabelund it was nice meeting with you today! I asked the German/Slavic/Latin America team about those last two columns in the death record, and this is what we figured out:
Second-to-last column: Who reported the death to the pastor (from whence the report of the deceased came), and how they're related to the deceased
Second-to-last info: husband [viro is the ablative declension of "vir," which means "husband"] of the deceased, namely Joanne Lewandowski--so yes, Hedwig's husband was the informant
Last column heading: Notes/annotations and successors

Thank you!! That is very helpful. Helpful also to know that her husband was still living when she died.
I've been looking for the town where Johann the husband was born, and I'm not seeing it exactly, but there is a small village in Bromberg Kreis that has a name a quite similar. And there are people with that last name there... so more stuff to browse through! Thanks a lot for your help in our consult today. Gave me good direction to continue the search!
Best regards,
Susanne
