Hello @Robt_Nielsen
here my additions to your transcription:
Margaretha Dorothea Nielsen geboren Möller, Ehefrau des Hans Hinrich Nielsen in Rabenholz. Sie hinterläßt ihren Ehemann u zwei Kinder. 1. Hans Adolph [This does not look like Adolph to me, but I know for a fact that was his 2nd name], verheirathet mit Mag. Dorothea Henningsen [Here the scribe made a mistake, because Hans' wife was Anna Margaretha Henningsen] - In dieser Ehe sind zwei Kinder a/ Marg. Dorothea b/ Hans Nicolaus. 2. Benedicta Catharina, verheirathet mit Claus Petersen auf Regelsrott?. Keine Kinder.
The name Adolph is not written very clearly, but I can identity the letters when you confirm that this was his name...
The place name Regelsrott is also somewhat difficult to read, but such a location exists, see Meyers Gazetteer: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20561046

@Ulrich Neitzel ... Thanks for that additional insight.
The "Regelsrott" suggestion is plausible because another source for their marriage also indicated he was from Regelsrott. And, like you, once you suggested Regelsrott, I can visualize that in the handwriting.
