Hello Randy,
I think I understand now the main contents of the document, but I am not able to read and translate it word by word. It is part of the "Schwedische Landesaufnahme" (approx. "Swedish Land Recording") which happened during the Swedish rule of Vorpommern after the Thirty Years' War, mainly for taxing purposes.
Title: Description of the farmers' village Gröttow which was surveyed Anno 1698 in the month of May
The first paragraph describes the position of the village: 1 swedish mile (10 km) from the city of Anklam on the country road to Demmin, and names the villages around in the various directions (Stolpe, Tramstow, Medow, Wussentin, Dirschwitz)
The next section is entitled "Åborenes Namp" = Names of residents
Numbers 1 to 10 are the households, of which 1 to 8 are full farmers, number 9 seems to be a smaller farmstead. Jacob Patis in Number 10 is called "koherde" = cowherd.
The remaining names are "inliggare" = subtenants or lodgers. The numbers indicate the household under which they reside, e.g., the first one (Jacob Piper) in household No. 6. I read the three words after Jacob Medans as "en bonde Enka", which means a farmer's widow (probably the widow of Jacob Medan), residing at No. 4. The same applies to the next two names, so Jacob Bredspreker's widow resides at No. 5, and Marten Beiersch's widow at No. 7.

Hello @RandyMerton
yes, this document is mainly in Swedish. Do you need a translation of the full document?
Petter Bredspreker (the Low German version of Peter Breitsprecher) is #7 of the list.
I think the place named "Gröttow" here is Grüttow in Meyers Gazetteer; is this correct?

Hello @Ulrich Neitzel
I could see that Peter Breitsprecher is listed for house #7. What I was hoping to find out is more context to the document. Jacob Breitsprecher is listed under house #10 along with many others but I do not know if this was like a boarding house or the list is something else. I do not have any information on Jacob so I am not sure if he is closely related to Peter or not.
Yes, Gröttow is probably Grüttow.
I will look for somewhere to get the document translated - maybe a Swedish genealogy group?
Thanks for your help again.

I can give the translation a try.... I do speak some Swedish; my wife is from Sweden.
Give me some time to understand the context.
