The words are: blifvit inroterad which in this case means she was registered with the people who were receiving assistance from the poor fund. Essentially registered in the fattigrote. I didn't see Catharina listed with the people in the fattigrote in volume AI:15 but she is listed in AI:16 (1826-1830) on page 417, entry 37.
