Could someone please translate this immigration/passport record?
My 2GGF, Samuel Levy, immigrated to the U.S. from Alcace Lorraine, France. At some point he married Caroline Schwartz, probably in Ohio. Their first son that I have recorded, Henry S., was born 2 July 1860. I received this record along with a couple of others from The Jacob Rader Marcus Center off the American Jewish Archives in Cincinnati. Since the other records they found for me are for my family, it is my hope that this is also. However, I can't read any French. It would be really helpful to know more of where he and his wife came from. Thanks so much.

Sorry, but I don't think that it's the same person.
The owner of the passport is Samuel Levy, born at Duppigheim, Bas-Rhin, France, the 1rst April 1836. Son of Abraham Levy and Sara Lang, he married Rosalie Benjamin and they have had 4 children Michael (1869), Léopold (1870), Cécile (1872) and Abraham (1877). He died at the New-Orléans, Louisiana, US the 22 june 1915.
But your Samuel Levy, who married Caroline Schwartz, he's not the same. He was born the 23 february 1828 in Alsace, France (8 years before). They have had 4 children : Henry S (1860), Ida (1865), Maynard (1878) and Nathan (1881). Samuel died the 21 august 1892 at Memphis, Tennessee, US.
So it's not his passport. It's not the same person.
