@Judy Olsen_3 I don't see Robert's response; did he respond to this question?

Hello @Charlotte Noelle Champenois,
Yes I did respond to this question.
BUT last Monday, September 20, the FS system reset my community account back to zero as if I was a brand new member of the German community and when it did that, every answer I ever provided disappeared. So, you can still see people saying thank you and responding to my original responses but you can no longer see my original responses. I went from 709 points in the community Monday morning (9/20) to 1 point late Monday afternoon (9/20). Very disheartening to say the least. 3+ years of answers lost.
Further, multiple contacts with FamilySearch and community administrator have not resolved the issue. In fact, I have not heard back from anyone at FS Community. I don't understand why/how this happened and I'm quite disappointed in the lack of customer service from FamilySearch Community.
Charlotte, if you are able to provide any help with this problem, I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you.
BTW: Any questions I answered after 20 September 2021, you will be able to read, but nothing before.
