Temple Ordinances for Person Who Had Name Removed From Membership

Working with a member of my ward. Her mother had her name removed from Church membership. Her mother passed away over a year ago and she would like to do Temple ordinances for her mother. However, the following is listed for Temple ordinances in FamilySearch;

"Baptism

Cannot Request - Not Available

This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information."

My question is - HOW does she contact "FamilySearch Support" to see about ordinances for her mother? I don't see a way for her to send an email or message to inquire about Temple ordinances for her mother.

She needs to post a request to support on in the Temple section of the QandA/Help section of this community. She will probably want to just post general remarks about having a question that she needs to talk to support privately about. Someone should then send her a direct message requesting full information.

(These groups have been pretty quite. I only wander through once in a while just to see if any interesting conversations are going on. Hope you actually got your question answered before now.)

She has done this but is still waiting on a response. She did get a message that her request was bring reviewed.
