Consultant Planner Invite question
Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone else may be having these issues when using the consultant planner.
Yesterday I sent a Helper request to several members (5) in my ward, of these two request were accepted and I'm able to view their trees in order to help. There were three more that were sent and all three individuals claimed they received their email and they accepted. One of these individuals is my daughter and I have personally helped her so I know it was done correctly. However, she isn't showing up in my planner as accepted nor are the other two individuals.
Second question regarding the planner invites.
I sent a request to both husband and wife, when I sent each request I noticed they had the same email. I did received two acceptance notifications from the church implying both accepted. However, I only have access to one of their trees, in this case I have access to the wife's tree the husband doesn't show up as me inviting him nor him accepting.
Anyway suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I wondered about that too when someone asked me to help their child recently and I asked to look at the mom's tree and sent the invite request. I know the couple share the same email in tools (so do my husband and I). She has not accepted and I will follow up because maybe this happened to me. I do know I can add someone using their username and helper number too so I would suggest going that route if needed to add them instead of using email.
