Without a non-paywalled link or image, I'm afraid you're unlikely to get much help. (I certainly can't provide any.)

@Maile L, thanks for trying, but unfortunately, Ancestry has "dumbed down" their Share links well below useability: I can tell that it's a baptismal register page.
(That's full resolution.)
It also gives a name and date (Johanna Antonia Foitek, April 11, 1864), but with just "Vienna", that's not enough to find it on Matricula Online, and GenTeam's index isn't coughing her up. If I knew which of the hundreds of churches in Vienna we're talking about, I could probably find it, though.

This is vaguely familiar: has Ancestry simply found an index of a record that had already been found by other means?
Born 7, baptized 11 April (of 1864)
Untermeidling number 17
Johanna Antonia, female, Catholic
Father: Anton Foitek, ??, Catholic from Olmütz in Moravia, son of Josefa Foitek
Mother: Johanna Kanna, Catholic from ?? in Moravia, daughter of Vinzenz Kanna, ??, and of Marianna Czermek.
Witness: Anton Schwarz, bookbinder, Untermeidling no. 17
Remarks: Barbara ??, ? midwife, Untermeidling no. 89
(I can't figure out the remark with the date of 3 March 1862.)
---
As you can see, I've had no luck with the occupations or with the mother's place of origin. Someone with a larger German vocabulary may be able to figure them out.

Figured out that the second remark is something to do with the marriage of the parents: https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/oesterreich/wien/12-meidling/02-07/?pg=20 (top line). Unfortunately, I can't really make out anything more than I already got from the baptism.
