Vital records - Wilno Province
Hello,
Can anyone recommend a website for searching Eastern European vital records? Geneteka is fantastic for Polish records, but Belarusian and Lithuanian documents seem few and far between.
Specifically, I am looking for the following birth record:
-Konstancja Troscianko
-According to her Marriage Certificate, she was born in Wilno Province. She was 22 yesrs old in October 1901, meaning that she she was born 1879.
-According to her Death Certifice, she was born in Raków, on 20 March 1876.
-Her parents were Wladyslaw Troscianko and Maria Olszanska.
-Religion: Catholic.
Additionaly, finding the marriage record of Wladyslaw Troscianko and Maria Olszanska would be wonderful. However, I zero details to help guide this search.

Family lore is that Konstancja Trościanko was Lithuanian.
However, the documentation I have are her marriage and death certificates.
According to her 1901 marriage certificate she was "a petty bourgeois of Wilno Province, a maiden, 22 years old" (Link #1 below)
According to her death certificate (not online, but I own an official copy) she was from Raków, which is in present day Belarus.
She was born between 1876 and 1879. At that time Raków was part of the Russian Emplire, I believe. The Polish Wilno Voivodeship that Raków became a part of wasn't formed until 1926.

@Colonel88 Here are a few thoughts.
When I put in the film number 8432820, the notes give me this description: Roman Catholic Church registers of births, marriages and deaths for Tiflis, Russia; now Tbilisi, Gruziya. So I assume this is where you are researching.
You can click on the blue "locality subject" links on this catalog page and just see what comes up. I am assuming you can read this language.
If this location is in Belarus, you might consider just looking at what records JewishGen has even though they are Catholic. My husband's family is from what is now Belarus, and that is where I have gone.
