Hello,
On szukaj w archiwach I found the following:
Spis ludności Łodzi
sygnaturą 39/221/0/4.12/24536
(scan 260 of 337).
The documents is for Wladyslaw Denel. Most of the fields I can read; however I do need some help with the faint writing in pencil on the right.
It looks like it says
"21 IX 18r do wiezienia"
"19 II 20 do Warszawy"
I believe the following pertains to Jadwiga and Jan Henryk:
“ma …???...??. 10 III 20 z Tkaczewa”
