回答：戒名の入力は名前に全部入れます。
コミュニティに参加するときに、左上部の地球儀のマークをクリックして「日本語」を選択してから質問すると、日本語のコミュニティにつながります。多分福田姉妹のパソコンは英語が自動で日本語になる自動翻訳になったと思います。ですので本当は英語で書かれた英語のコミュニティグループだったんだけれど、自動で日本語に翻訳されたためにそのまま英語コミュニティ―に送られたのですね。皆さん熱心で親切なので、どうにかして答えて差し上げねば、と頑張ったようですね。日本語を選んでからやると、このような問題は防げます。私もだいぶこれで苦労しました。

I think the question may relate to FamilySearch's sloppy labeling of the name fields, using the positional terms "first name" and "last name", which are of course exactly backwards for Japanese. I don't know what happens to these labels if one changes the interface language to Japanese, but I do know that if one only changes a name's language to a surname-first option (specifically Hungarian), the fields switch locations on the screen but their English labels remain unchanged:
