How to generate Female ordinance cards from Ordinances Ready?
Hello, I am new here. I was trying to ask my daughter to make use of the “help others” Function to generate female ordinance cards and perform ordinances for their ancestors. Although the system allows us to choose which type of ordinances we wish to perform, there is no option for gender selection. I tried to select different ordinances but male names always pop up. I am sure there are many female ordinances in the family free that are ready to be performed. Not being able to select gender, I found it difficult to ask my daughter who is living overseas to help out. In the past, What I did was sending her PDF records. Then she could just print them out and do the ordinances. However, as the temples have been closed for sometimes and she has moved to different places. Some of the cards were misplaced and lost. So, I think the best way is for her to go to the system and generate the cards by herself whenever she is ready to go to the temple. Here is what I tried: Help Others—Sign In—Temple—Ordinances Ready—Endorsement (I also tried to select different ordinances) but only male ordinances are suggested by the system. Can anyone help?

When using Help Others, the person signed in is acting as the person being helped and that is how the system views the user, as that other person. So if your daughter signs in as helping you, Ordinances Ready sees you, not her.
Ordinances Ready really is designed for just the single individual using it. So your daughter does just need to sign in as herself and use Ordinances Ready as herself to print out cards for herself.

The Ordinances Ready system is designed to provide you with names you can complete at your next temple session. It is not to build a big temple list to share. It will only give you ordinances matching your sex. It is correct that your daughter should log in herself to use Ordinance Ready. You can also go into the tree and look at the fan chart or search for green temples and reserve those ordinances male or female and send her the female ones she can complete.
