You can also use FamilySearch which should be easier. There is a link in this article: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Z%C3%A1mrsk_Regional_Archives,_Czechia
You have to browse the records. I don't know where they would have gone to the Evangelical Church. I would check a map and try one of the closest places.

Yes I have been. This was my breakthrough. My great grandfather and his father were both born in Krpy, but remained protestant so they went to school and church out of Krpy. I have looked through all of the 9 church books for Mělnické Vtelno. This is what Mckenna helped me with. I found records for Gus, his father Jan, Great grandfather Matej, and I think great great grandfather Joseph. I haven't searched Radlin. Is there a link for their church records? Did Matej have his parents names on the burial record?
Aha. That town and the parents' names were the key. Here is Gustav's baptism record in the Evangelical records of Mělnické Vtelno--he was born 3 years before the date you had: https://ebadatelna.soapraha.cz/d/9539/98. You should be able to trace the family back further in the same parish.
Here is a translation:
